苋菜与蒜仔搭配同炒是我最喜欢的做法之,

白白胖胖的蒜仔,被苋菜傲骄的收入怀中又变成的那股肥嫩的美,

让人更觉得亲近了许多。

盛起,碗底会溢出点点艳红汤汁,浓浓的胭脂……

汤汁浇了米饭和面,又是一种别样的滋味。

    • 1.买来的苋菜,去掉根部硬梗,清洗干净,沥水备用。
    • 2.准备多一些的蒜仔,一切为二。
    • 3.炒锅加油,先将蒜仔下锅炒香,
    • 4.倒入控好水的苋菜翻炒至软,加盐,少许清水,略炖煮,最后以味精调味即可。
