Steps to make 鸭血粉丝汤

  • 1.鸭血2盒。
  • 2.红薯粉丝、香菜、小葱、大蒜、辣酱准备好。
  • 3.红薯粉丝用温水泡软使用。
  • 4.鸭血切长条。
  • 5.香菜切寸段,香葱、大蒜切末。
  • 6.炒锅中倒少许油,将藤椒和辣酱入锅中,煸炒出香味和红油。
  • 7.倒入适量水煮开,将泡软的红薯粉丝入锅中煮30秒;如果有新鲜鸡汤或者骨头汤,营养和味道更佳。
  • 8.将鸭血入锅中煮沸。
  • 9.倒少许浓缩鸡汤、醋,混合均匀。
  • 10.起锅前撒入小葱末、香菜段,开吃喽!
