Steps to make 马拉糕

  • 1.成品
  • 2.马拉糕 材料:马拉糕粉500克 水450克 鸡蛋4个 红糖180克 酵母5克 模具:学厨10寸南瓜模
  • 3.将红糖加入水中加热融化放凉待用
  • 4.高粉倒入盆里,一包一斤刚好适合我这个10寸的模具
  • 5.加入鸡蛋和酵母稍微搅拌下
  • 6.然后慢慢倒入冷却的红糖水(边倒边搅拌以免有颗粒)
  • 7.搅拌到无颗粒状态,这一步一定要有耐心才好
  • 8.模具抹油(这样目的是防止成品粘住不好取出来)将面糊倒入进行发酵2倍左右(夏天30分钟就差不多了)
  • 9.烧开水将面盆放入,大火蒸25分钟左右,然后关火虚蒸几分钟再取出来
