山楂之恋——果丹皮
这是一个山楂季,一直很想做果丹皮的,但试过一次没成功,原因是山楂泥熬得太厚实了,没等我抹平就干掉了,最后只好当山楂糕来吃了,这次重新又做了一次,终于成功了!加了些苹果果肉综合了山楂的酸味,更加美味了!

Steps to make 山楂之恋——果丹皮

  • 1.取鲜山楂
  • 2.用淡盐水先浸泡十分钟再冲冼干净
  • 3.取一个山楂,去两头再从中间切开去蒂去籽
  • 4.全部挖好的山楂
  • 5.苹果剥皮切成小粒
  • 6.苹果和山楂肉一起放入料理机加半杯水打成山楂苹果泥
  • 7.将山楂苹果泥放进不绣钢的锅里,加一点盐,烧开后改小火加热,依自己的口味添加适量的冰糖
  • 8.这期间要用木勺不停地搅拌,以防沾锅
  • 9.等稍粘稠的时候,加入水浸泡过的琼脂,等琼脂溶化到无颗粒即可
  • 10.将做好的果酱取适量,倒在铺了锡纸的烤盘上,用刮板抹成均匀的薄片
  • 11.为了节约时间,我放在烤箱用80度烤了1小时,再拿出来晾了1天就成果丹皮了,如果没有烘烤可以需要晾上2-3天。
  • 12.慢慢地把果丹皮从纸上扒下来
  • 13.卷起来
  • 14.切成小段即可
