Steps to make 一样的吃法,不一样的造型【果酱千层酥】

  • 1.切下一块长宽大约10厘米的正方形千层酥皮。(千层酥皮的做法在蝴蝶酥里面夺详情解说)
  • 2.沿正方形酥皮的内部留大约1.5厘米的位置再切下一个正方形注意其中的一个对角不要切断。
  • 3.刷上一层蛋液。
  • 4.反切断对角的两边分别对折到对面的一边,粘贴对齐好,再刷上一层蛋液。放入烤箱中层上火180下火150大约15分钟即可取出。烤好后可以在两边酥皮交叉的地方填上果酱。
