  • 1.主料准备好
  • 2.姜切丝,葱切段
  • 3.将花蟹洗刷干净,在盘底铺一些葱姜,摆上花蟹,再在花蟹身上摆一些葱姜
  • 4.撒一点点盐和黄酒
  • 5.锅里烧开水,水滚后将花蟹身上的绳子剪开,放到蒸架上,大火蒸10分钟左右
  • 6.蒸好后,夹去姜葱即可食用
