圣诞树蛋糕吐司

  • 色拉油80克
  • 低筋粉70克
  • 柠檬汁少许
  • 糖粉少许

Steps to make 圣诞树蛋糕吐司

  • 1.将主料中的材料依次放入柏翠面包机桶内
  • 2.随意选择一个面包程序启动,自动和面、醒面、发酵
  • 3.第一次发酵到两倍大后,停止程序,取出面团揉去气泡,静置饧面
  • 4.揉成长条卷起,放在吐司盒内,进行二次发酵
  • 5.二次发酵到八分满时,盖好盖子,入柏翠烤箱中层,上下火150度左右,烤35分钟左右
  • 6.取出晾凉,切片
  • 7.用圣诞树形状的饼干模在每一片中间取一块
  • 8.吐司盒内铺好油纸,将抠好的树形吐司竖立在中间
  • 9.牛奶和色拉油混合,乳化均匀后筛入低粉拌匀。蛋清加柠檬汁和细砂糖打发到硬性发泡后,与蛋糕糊混合好
  • 10.倒在吐司模具中,颠出气泡
  • 11.入预热好的烤箱中层,上下火150度烤40分钟左右
  • 12.取出晾凉,撕掉油纸,切片后筛少许糖粉就可以
