韩式小吃--红糖糕
这个是在冬天的时候,韩国大街上的小吃。很像咱家吃的红糖烙饼,但是外皮的面团里加了糯米粉,所以吃起来软软糯糯的,加上里面的红糖芯,寒冷的夜晚,咬上一口,舒服啊~~

Steps to make 韩式小吃--红糖糕

  • 1.准备馅料的材料。
  • 2.红糖三勺加一勺半的面粉,加上适量黑芝麻,调成馅料。
  • 3.准备面皮材料,面粉糯米粉和酵母粉。
  • 4.面粉加入糯米粉加酵母粉,混合。
  • 5.混合后加适量牛奶揉成面团。
  • 6.切成大小均匀的剂子。
  • 7.把剂子擀成薄圆片。
  • 8.剂子中间放上一勺红糖馅,像包包子一样包起来。
  • 9.包好以后稍稍按扁。
  • 10.油锅烧热,倒入油,可以稍微多倒一点。将小面饼煎到两面金黄即可。
