Steps to make 蝶恋花蜂蜜纸杯蛋糕

  • 1. 先把鸡蛋打散,加入砂糖和蜂蜜
  • 2.先用电动打蛋器低速将鸡蛋打散,与蜂蜜、砂糖充分溶合,蛋液出现中等大小的气泡
  • 3.将蛋液打发到非常浓稠的状态,提起打蛋器,滴落蛋糊可以在蛋糊表面划出花纹,并且花纹维持较长时间不会消失,打蛋器头上保持有2-3厘米的蛋糊不滴落
  • 4.在打发的蛋糊里筛入一半的低筋面粉 轻巧快速地用橡皮刮刀从底部向上翻拌,将面粉和蛋糊大致拌匀后筛入剩下的一半低筋面粉。翻拌均匀,面粉和蛋糕充分溶合,看不到颗粒状的面粉。切不可划圈搅拌,还要注意控制时间,时间长了容易消泡
  • 5.融化的黄油和牛奶混合均匀,分次缓缓加入面糊中
  • 6.用橡皮刮刀拌均匀
  • 7.倒入蛋糕模具中,八分满。烤箱预热,中层,160度18分钟左右。表面金黄即可出炉。
  • 8.出炉,待凉透可裱花
  • 9.淡奶油加糖打发,取一半调入淡黄色素,装入裱花袋竖的一侧,另一侧装入白色奶油,再装入些许黄色奶油
  • 10.完成,加点银珠糖点缀,蝴蝶是糯米威化纸做的,可以食用
