  • 低筋粉70克
  • 牛奶40克
  • 细砂糖35克
  • 植物油70克
  • 可可粉15克
  • 耐热巧克力豆15克
  • 泡打粉3克
  • 鸡蛋60克
  • 玫瑰花1支
  • 蛋清沾花辫用2个
  • 细砂糖沾花辫用60克
  • 淡奶油100克
  • 细砂糖奶油用10克

Steps to make 玫瑰巧克力纸杯蛋糕

  • 1.植物油加细砂糖搅拌均匀,最好用黄油,我的黄油没有了,用植物油代替的(黑天制作,光线暗,拍照不太好)
  • 2.鸡蛋磕入盆里打散
  • 3.蛋液分三次加入糖油里,搅拌均匀
  • 4.倒入牛奶,先不用搅拌,再篩入面粉,加可可粉,泡打粉,(加各种粉的望拍照了)
  • 5.面粉混合后,用刮刀搅拌均匀顺滑,再加入巧克力豆(我家是可融巧克力颜色浅,可跟据自己家现有的料灵活运用)
  • 6.满慢慢倒入纸杯膜具中,装7-8分满
  • 7.烤箱预热,上下火180度,15分钟(中层)
  • 8.出炉了,晾凉待用
  • 9.淡奶油加糖打发到凝固状态先放冰箱
  • 10.事先买一支玫瑰花,要买真正的玫瑰(蔷薇不能吃)
  • 11.花辫小心的一片片摘下来,再在水里泡一会,清洗(因为可以吃的)
  • 12.烤盘铺锡纸花瓣摆上晾干水
  • 13.花辫沾上打散的蛋清液,再洒上细砂糖(最好篩上,比较细匀)
  • 14.入烤箱上下火150度,15分,必须要观察,糖先是起小泡,然后慢慢发白,花辫发干,边缘翘起,不要烤糊了,
  • 15.蛋糕用小刀削去平
  • 16.抹上一层厚奶油
  • 17.烤好花辫先小片的插入奶油中间,一定要轻轻的拿,很脆的,(花辫从锡纸上取下时要一手捏花辫,一手轻轻往下拽锡纸)
  • 18.其余的交错转圈插进去,围成玫瑰花的形状,中间用黄色素沾点奶油点上花芯
