Steps to make 荷塘小炒

  • 1.食材洗净。
  • 2.莲藕去皮,切薄片。
  • 3.香芹切小段。
  • 4.大蒜切片。

  • 6.半锅水烧沸,加少许油和盐,依次放入莲藕、香芹、黑木耳、胡萝卜、百合,迅速焯烫10秒。
  • 7.捞出过凉水,滤干。
  • 8.起油锅,油七成热时,放入蒜片炒香。
  • 9.所有食材放入炒锅中,快速翻炒2分钟。
  • 10.加盐、鸡精调味。
  • 11.淋入水淀粉勾薄芡,翻炒均匀即可。
