  • 1.准好所有的食材。
  • 2.一半的大蒜切末,葱切丝,放入一个碗中。
  • 3.加入一勺白糖。
  • 4.再加入盐。
  • 5.放入胡椒粉。
  • 6.加入韩式辣椒酱。
  • 7.再加入适量的料酒,香油备用
  • 8.五花肉洗净切薄片。
  • 9.把肉放入刚才的调料碗中抓拌均匀。
  • 10.拌拌均匀后盖上盖子放入冰箱冷藏一天左右。
  • 11.把洋葱切条,青红椒洗净切丝,蒜切末。
  • 12.炒锅到油烧热爆香蒜末。
  • 13.再加入一半的洋葱炒香。
  • 14.倒入腌制好的猪肉炒散。
  • 15.炒至猪肉变色坚挺。
  • 16.加入洋葱和青红椒继续翻炒。
  • 17.炒上5-8分钟加入香油。
  • 18.继续翻炒均匀关火。
