Steps to make 香菇炖鸡肉

  • 1.食材:鸡肉、香菇、红辣椒、青辣椒、生姜、大蒜、香菜、食用盐、黄焖鸡酱料。
  • 2.食材准备:红辣椒、青辣椒,分别清洗干净,切段、香菇去蒂洗净干净切块,大蒜、生姜分别洗净切好。鸡腿洗净切块,所有食材准备好。
  • 3.锅烧热之后,倒入适量花生油,把大蒜、生姜煸炒香,接着倒入鸡肉炒至焦黄、放入香菇翻炒。
  • 4.把黄焖鸡的酱料倒入锅里,炒均匀。
  • 5.加300ml饮用水,旺火煮沸。
  • 6.盖上盖子,旺火煮沸之后,转小火焖20分钟,中途可以翻转一二次,让鸡肉有酱汁完美结合。
  • 7.开盖,转为旺火,放红辣椒、青椒、非常均匀。辣椒很快炒熟,入味。
  • 8.旺火收汁,汤汁变少,放香菜,翻炒均匀即可,香喷喷,很美味,锅里要留有少许汁,不要全部烧干,这个菜汁拌饭,很香很好吃。
