巧克力芝心欧包

  • 高筋面粉500克
  • 可可粉10克
  • 340克
  • 白砂糖30克
  • 5克
  • 色拉油30克
  • 蔓越莓果干20克
  • 酵母2.5克

Steps to make 巧克力芝心欧包

  • 1.按照先液体后固体的顺序把材料加入盘中,用刮刀混合均匀。
  • 2.进冰箱发酵一夜后取出松弛半小时,分成四等份。
  • 3.洒少量面粉防粘,把面团用手压成牛舌状,因为此时的面团湿度较大,用不了擀面杖,直接用手即可。
  • 4.其中两份加入芝士。
  • 5.剩下两份加入巧克力块够分别搓成长条,放入烤盘中。
  • 6.进入烤箱进行二次发酵前要盖上一次保鲜膜防干。
  • 7.利用烤箱发酵功能进行二次发酵35分钟,烤箱里面放上一碗水加湿。
  • 8.发酵好的面团用刀片轻轻切口子,洒少许面粉和水于表面。
  • 9.预热烤箱5分钟,上下火220度,20分钟。
  • 10.出炉咯。
  • 11.切片享用吧。
