  • 1.准备好所有的材料。干贝用温水浸泡上10分钟。
  • 2.把泡发了的干贝隔水蒸15分钟,蒸熟为止。
  • 3.将鸡蛋打散,越散越好。
  • 4.在鸡蛋里面加入适量的水,搅拌均匀。成鸡蛋液。
  • 5.用筛子过滤鸡蛋液。
  • 6.这个时候干贝已经蒸好,拿出备用。
  • 7.在有鸡蛋液的碗上面叩一个碗。上锅蒸10分钟,取出,将蒸好的干贝撒在上面即可。
