  • 1.樱桃洗净用清水浸泡15分钟后,用一个酸奶吸管从中间穿过,即可取出樱桃核
  • 2.放入面包机桶内,加入麦芽糖和细砂糖,启动果酱键
  • 3.一个程序过后,取150克果酱汁放出晾凉
  • 4.提前泡软吉利丁片,分两个碗装,每个一片吉利丁片,泡软后,放入10克纯净水隔水融化吉利丁片
  • 5.把一个小碗的倒入樱桃酱汁内,搅拌均匀
  • 6.一个370ML的思慕雪杯子斜放在碗内,倒入樱桃汁,入冰箱冷冻至凝结,大约要1-2小时
  • 7.放凉的豆浆拌入炼奶,1片利丁片泡软后加入10克纯净水隔水融化后倒入豆浆液中拌匀
  • 8.取出已凝结的樱桃汁,缓慢的倒入豆浆液
  • 9.放入冰箱冷藏2-3小时即可食用,取出装饰下就很美啦
