葡式蛋挞简单做
蛋挞这东西,就是让人纠结的美食。颜色金黄漂亮,口感又香又酥,没几个人能抵御它的魅力。可是,不能多吃,因为据说吃一个葡式蛋挞超过一碗米饭的热量。所以,吃也得注意量度,过度贪嘴影响健康划不来。
我此次做的蛋挞,酥皮是网购的。天气热,懒得自己揉面擀皮。自己只做了蛋挞水,准备好后塞入烤箱不管它了。等到闻到浓郁的奶香味时回厨房,时间差不多就到了。取出后还没拍照,我家人物宝贝闻香出房,第一声“哇!”第二声问:“可以吃了吗?”搞得我又没能多点时间好好拍照。家庭烤箱,烤一次一盘是九个蛋挞。总体来说算简单的。

Steps to make 葡式蛋挞简单做

  • 1.食材按照配方称重好(淡奶油直接倒入奶锅中称重)
  • 2.将淡奶油、牛奶、白糖搅拌均匀,加热至白糖完全融化
  • 3.稍微放凉至不烫手
  • 4.将蛋挞皮摆放入烤盘;(同时烤箱200度开始预热)
  • 5.蛋黄液倒入放凉至不烫手的混合液中,换了个稍大的碗以便筛粉入内
  • 6.筛入低筋粉,搅拌均匀
  • 7.过筛,下面的就是蛋挞水
  • 8.将蛋挞水慢慢地加入到蛋挞皮内,七八分满
  • 9.小心地放入约热好的烤箱中下层。210度,25分钟
  • 10.烤至蛋挞表面出现焦点即可出烤箱
  • 11.装盘趁热吃吧。
