  • 淡奶油50克
  • 牛奶35克
  • 吉利丁片3克

Steps to make 巧克力慕斯挞

  • 1.将黄油软化,筛入糖粉和低筋面粉,混合至干性粉摸消失,用保鲜膜包好放入冰箱冷藏30分钟;
  • 2.取出面团分成2份,用擀面杖将面团擀成越2mm的面皮;
  • 3.平铺在挞盘上,用手按压成型;
  • 4.铺上油纸倒入烘焙石,烤箱预热180度,烤20分钟;
  • 5.慕斯制作:巧克力隔热水融化;
  • 6.待融化的巧克力室温,倒入淡奶油,慢慢搅拌至顺滑;
  • 7.加入牛奶,继续搅拌;
  • 8.吉利丁片需冷水浸泡至软,在放入配方中的15克水,隔热水融化;
  • 9.将吉利丁溶液加入巧克力慕斯液中,搅拌至顺滑状态;
  • 10.倒入烤好的挞皮中,放入冰箱冷藏2个小时即可。
