Details of ingredients

  • 低粉110g(派皮)
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 奶油奶酪90g(乳酪蓝莓陷)
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 牛奶50g
  • 黄油20g
  • 玉米淀粉10g
  • 黄油70g
  • 2g
  • 砂糖40g
  • 糖分30g
  • 柠檬汁10g
  • 蓝莓适量添加(或蓝莓酱)

Steps to make 蓝莓派

  • 1.低筋粉加上盐、糖、隔水融化的黄油、蛋液放在密封盒子里使劲摇晃,大致成团,打开盖子,把所有面团集中好揉成团不粘手,包好保鲜膜冷藏三十分钟。
  • 2.取出面团放在保鲜膜上,擀成均匀的面片
  • 3.把面片保鲜膜面朝上放入派盘,拿下保鲜膜,拿刀去除周围多余部分,用叉子在底部戳出小洞
  • 4.垫上烘焙纸放上镇石180°烤8分钟
  • 5.奶酪加牛奶黄油放入容器中盖上保鲜膜进微波炉叮1分钟融化,拿出来搅拌均匀
  • 6.加玉米淀粉,砂糖电动搅拌均匀,冷却后加鸡蛋搅拌均匀,最后倒入柠檬汁,搅拌均匀倒入派皮
  • 7.最后加入新鲜蓝莓或者蓝莓酱,160°烤15-20分钟,具体时间根据自己烤箱控制。
