这算是一款菜点吧!多余的酥皮,又不想吃甜的,就做成这款咸鲜的鸡肉酥皮派。酥皮做法可参考千层酥皮做法

  • 洋葱1/4个
  • 胡萝卜半根
  • 青椒1/4个
  • 千层酥皮5张
  • 番茄酱2茶匙
  • 少许
  • 黑胡椒粉少许
  • 料酒少许
  • 荷兰芹末少许

Steps to make 鸡肉酥皮派

  • 1.准备材料
  • 2.鸡肉切小丁加料酒,盐,黑胡椒腌制半小时洋葱,胡萝卜,青椒都切成小丁备用
  • 3.热锅加少许油,洋葱末爆香
  • 4.加入腌制好的鸡肉丁翻炒
  • 5.鸡肉炒断生,加入胡萝卜丁
  • 6.撒入少许荷兰芹碎,翻炒一下
  • 7.加入青椒丁和番茄酱
  • 8.翻炒均匀
  • 9.正方形酥皮对折,用小刀在四边的距离边缘1厘米处分别划一刀.注意有两个对角切口不要切断分别提起酥皮切开的切口对角,向对角线另一端折过去压紧.中间放上炒好的鸡肉丁
  • 10.撒上马苏奶酪碎
  • 11.表面刷上蛋液,可以做成任何形状,嘻嘻,我只是玩玩
  • 12.ACA烤箱预热170度
  • 13.中层 170度15分钟左右,表面浅金黄即可
