香露葱油鸡

Steps to make 香露葱油鸡

  • 1.草鸡洗净沥干水,
  • 2.准备好姜末葱花,
  • 3.锅内倒入清水加入八角桂皮葱结煮开,
  • 4.放入草鸡,大火煮开后加入料酒后煮开捞起用冷水对着鸡皮冲凉,再入锅中大火煮开再捞起用冷水冲凉,再入锅中煮20分钟后熄火焖至微凉。
  • 5.捞起刷上芝麻油,
  • 6.鸡腿斩块装入盆中,
  • 7.热锅倒入少许芝麻油,温油下入姜末爆香,再入葱花,
  • 8.倒入适量鸡汤煮开,
  • 9.加盐,味精调味。
  • 10.先把葱姜末加入碗中再把先抽加入即可。
