蓝莓酸酸甜甜的味道本身就很让人喜爱,更不用说它还可以在芝士蛋糕中起到解腻的作用。配方中蓝莓酱的用量可以根据个人口味增减,蛋糕从冰箱拿出脱模时也可以淋上一些蓝莓酱做装饰,既好看又好吃。 配方中使用的是6寸活底圆模。

  • 奶油奶酪250g
  • 消化饼干100g
  • 黄油50g
  • 细砂糖70g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 牛奶65g
  • 玉米淀粉15g
  • 柠檬汁10g
  • 香草精1ml

Steps to make 蓝莓重芝士

  • 1.消化饼干倒入保鲜袋中,用擀面杖完全压碎。
  • 2.黄油用微波炉高火加热40秒融化成液态,将饼干碎倒入黄油中。
  • 3.把消化饼干碎用手抓匀,铺在6寸蛋糕模底部,压实压平,放入冰箱备用。
  • 4.奶油奶酪室温软化后,加入细砂糖,用打蛋器打至顺滑无颗粒的状态。
  • 5.在奶酪中加入鸡蛋打匀,第一个鸡蛋打匀后再加入第二个。
  • 6.用筛子筛入玉米淀粉搅打均匀。
  • 7.然后依次倒入柠檬汁、牛奶、香草精、蓝莓酱,再次搅匀。把蛋糕糊倒入6寸活底蛋糕模。
  • 8.烤箱预热,水浴法(模具外壁用锡纸包好,取一个烤盘,倒入1cm高的水,把蛋糕模放在烤盘中央,将烤盘放进烤箱),160摄氏度60分钟。
  • 9.家里蓝莓酱就剩一点儿了,没有颜色。脱模之后,表面还可以再抹一层蓝莓酱加上蓝莓果粒,按自己喜好装饰吧~
