Steps to make 金沙玉米

  • 1.咸蛋黄蒸熟,蒸锅上汽后五分钟就可以(如果是熟蛋黄就省去这步),蒸锅下层可以煮玉米,上汽后十分钟就熟。
  • 2.用勺子将蛋黄碾碎
  • 3.碾的越碎越好
  • 4.煮熟的玉米,把玉米粒剥下来。也可以用超市卖的袋装玉米粒。
  • 5.加入三匙淀粉拌匀,因为玉米粒表面还有少量水粉,所以可以裹上淀粉。
  • 6.筛去多余淀粉
  • 7.锅里多倒些油加热
  • 8.油热后下入玉米粒,边炸边用筷子划散,避免抱团。
  • 9.炸至金黄全都浮到油面上捞出,千万别炸过火,不然颜色就不漂亮了,而且玉米粒是熟的不用炸太长时间。
  • 10.另起锅倒入少量油,把碾碎的蛋黄倒入锅中,快速划炒至起泡就倒入玉米粒快速翻炒几下,让玉米料全部裹上蛋黄后马上出锅,一定要快,稍慢一点就会变黑,这步需要速度所以我没来得及拍照。
  • 11.摆盘开吃,咸香美味完全不用加任何调料。
