辣白菜大酱汤

    Steps to make 辣白菜大酱汤

    • 1.牛里脊肉。
    • 2.白菜。
    • 3.黑豆芽。
    • 4.淘米水。
    • 5.胡萝卜。
    • 6.粉条。
    • 7.辣白菜。
    • 8.韩国辣椒酱。
    • 9.黄豆酱。
    • 10.牛里脊肉放入冰箱冻一下,解冻后切片。
    • 11.将牛肉片用白糖、蚝油、姜粉、白胡椒粉、黑胡椒粉、蒸鱼豉油、食盐腌制起来,时间越久入味越好。备用。
    • 12.白菜叶切大片,菜帮切丝备用。
    • 13.胡萝卜切片备用。
    • 14.粉条用温水泡软备用。
    • 15.砂锅坐火上,烧热加入食用油。
    • 16.下入白菜丝翻炒。
    • 17.下入黑豆芽,同时加入少许食盐翻炒。
    • 18.下入胡萝卜片进行翻炒,炒蔬菜为了让菜入味好一些,不炒也可以,直接下水煮就成。
    • 19.加入淘米水,淘米水的制作是蒸米的时候,将第一遍的洗米水倒掉后,再加入水,将米用手搓洗,控出的水留作煮汤用。
    • 20.下入辣白菜。
    • 21.下入白菜叶。
    • 22.两勺韩国辣椒酱,放入锅内搅拌均匀。
    • 23.下入腌制好的牛肉片,下牛肉片的时候,一片片的下锅,免得粘连。
    • 24.用勺子轻推锅底,免得牛肉粘锅底,然后将牛肉稍微煮一会。
    • 25.放入泡好的粉条。
    • 26.一大勺黄豆酱,放入砂锅内搅拌均匀。最后放入黄豆酱,是避免黄豆酱长时间煮制,造成营养丧失,在汤将成的时候,放入黄豆酱搅匀即可。
    • 27.淋入香油,给汤提味,装碗食用。
