荷香糯米鸡

  • 干荷叶3张
  • 干香菇8朵

  • 生抽2匙
  • 老抽1匙
  • 食用油1大匙
  • 料酒1小匙
  • 1/2匙

Steps to make 荷香糯米鸡

  • 1.准备所需材料。
  • 2.干香菇提前泡软,糯米提前泡2小时以上。
  • 3.蒸锅铺上纱布,将提前泡好的糯米铺在纱布上,大火蒸30分钟。
  • 4.将蒸好的糯米取出打散放凉备用。
  • 5.鸡肉洗净切成小块。
  • 6.放开水中绰烫一下去血水。
  • 7.捞起沥干水份。
  • 8.香菇洗净切成丝,咸蛋黄切小丁,蒜、姜切碎,豆豉冲洗一下。
  • 9.起油锅,倒入蒜、姜、豆豉炒出香味。
  • 10.再倒入鸡肉炒至断生。
  • 11.加入香菇丝翻炒。
  • 12.然后加入生抽、老抽、料酒、盐、糊椒粉翻炒。
  • 13.加入少许清水焖3分钟。
  • 14.焖煮过后倒入咸蛋黄。
  • 15.加入糯米饭。
  • 16.翻拌均匀。
  • 17.取半张荷叶,将适量拌好的糯米饭。
  • 18.包成四方形,放蒸锅内大火蒸20分钟即可。
