超美味——烤箱版盐焗鸡
终于在沃尔玛发现了盐焗鸡粉,买了几包回来。一直以来都是看其他人用电饭锅做盐焗鸡,我只有电压力锅,而更想尝试的还是烤箱,昨晚腌了过夜,今天早上就开始烤,烤出来特别满意,特别是那皮,烤得很薄,有点酥感,超级好吃呢。极力推荐给大家!

Steps to make 超美味——烤箱版盐焗鸡

  • 1.鸡半只洗净(多加一个脖子),盐焗鸡粉备用。
  • 2.往鸡身和鸡杜内侧涂匀盐焗鸡粉,放冰箱冷藏过夜入味。
  • 3.烤盘垫锡纸,把鸡和鸡脖放在烤盘上,均匀的往鸡身和鸡肚刷上植物油。
  • 4.烤箱上下火200°预热,烤盘放在第三层,烤40分钟,烤的过程蘸取烤盘上的油再刷一下鸡身。
  • 5.烤完装盘即可。(可以手撕哦)
