Steps to make 蒸鱼糕藕圆

  • 1.猪肉莲藕丸子9个,鱼糕一块切片。
  • 2.碗中央先放入6个丸子。
  • 3.鱼糕片围着丸子摆一圈,剩下的3个丸子摆在中心处。
  • 4.淋入两三勺原味鸡汤,隔水蒸10分钟。
  • 5.原味鸡汤130g,一点玉米淀粉加水调开。香葱叶切粒。
  • 6.将鸡汤倒入炒锅,小火加热。
  • 7.勾入水淀粉,打个玻璃芡。滴2滴一品鲜酱油,加入适量的盐(原味鸡汤无盐)。口味要淡点。
  • 8.取出蒸好的鱼糕,淋入芡汁。
  • 9.撒香葱叶装饰。
