洛神桂圆银耳羹
银耳性平味甘淡,有滋阴润肺,养胃生津,益气和血的功效。夏季出汗较多,口渴明显,而银耳冰糖都有助于止渴生津。其清润的作用,很适合缓解秋燥的症状。洛神花又称为玫瑰茄,味酸性凉,酸味有助于阳气收敛。从夏入秋,自然界阳气从“长”转变为“收”,此时适量摄入酸味食物,既可生津,也能收敛阳气,有助于保健养生。
越来越习惯于用电砂煲来炖银耳汤。不仅炖出的银耳汤比较粘稠,更重要的是不需要照管。设个自动档,水分蒸发不会太多,无需看管也不会溢锅。大可以放心出门去,回来之后再把洛神花放进去煮个10分钟左右,就可以喝上一碗略带酸甜的浅紫红色的银耳汤。

  • 1.用料:银耳半朵,桂圆8颗,洛神花5朵,冰糖1块。
  • 2.银耳用清水浸泡至涨发。
  • 3.去掉根蒂,撕成小片。
  • 4.桂圆去核壳,取肉。
  • 5.将银耳,桂圆肉,冰糖放入电砂煲中,加入适量清水。
  • 6.选择自动档,炖约3小时。
  • 7.揭盖,加入洛神花,再焖约10分钟。
  • 8.盛出食用。
