广东人过年前喜在灶边放上一支有叶子的甘蔗等物,意为“谢灶”,不知具体是啥意,可能是谢谢灶君老爷吧......等这个年过的差不多了,就会把这支甘蔗配上其他材料,如红萝卜、马蹄、香菜等等的材料,煲上一锅“蔗水”,特别是要小孩子多喝点的......
