Steps to make 双味东北酸菜粉

  • 1.这样一大颗酸菜洗净,用掉了一大半。
  • 2.酸菜切细丝,冷水浸泡10分钟(根据个人口味调整浸泡时间)。
  • 3.粉丝焯水,再用凉水冲一下。
  • 4.熟猪肉切丝,酸菜攥掉水分;粉丝控净水分,葱姜蒜切片切丝。
  • 5.锅中加适量的油,爆香五香粉、葱姜蒜,加入熟猪肉翻炒,下一下肥肉中的油。
  • 6.加入酸菜翻炒至酸菜熟。
  • 7.7、加入粉丝翻炒开。
  • 8.加入盐、味极鲜酱油、蘑菇粉调味,先出锅一份不辣的酸菜粉给孩子们吃。
