买了一些芒果,夏天放久了容易变质,就做成了曲奇饼干囤着,吃多少拿多少,毫无压力呀

  • 鸡蛋液半个鸡蛋

Steps to make 芒果曲奇

  • 1.芒果切块
  • 2.芒果打成泥糊
  • 3.黄油打发
  • 4.向黄油里加入鸡蛋液
  • 5.向黄油鸡蛋液里筛入面粉,加入白糖和芒果泥,搅拌均匀
  • 6.将拌好的面泥装入裱花袋,用中号十齿花嘴挤出一个圈,放入铺好油纸的烤盘里,表面刷一层蜂蜜烤箱180度预热3分钟
  • 7.刷了蜂蜜的曲奇放入烤箱十分钟后取出再刷一层鸡蛋液,放入继续烤十分钟出炉即可
