Steps to make 天使可可奶油卷

  • 1.牛奶与玉米油放入到容器中,充分搅拌乳化。
  • 2.低粉、玉米淀粉与奶粉混合在一起。
  • 3.将混合的粉类筛入到乳化的液体中,Z字搅拌均匀。
  • 4.蛋白放入到无油无水的容器中,分次加入白砂糖,将其打发只大弯沟。
  • 5.取三至之一蛋白与面糊翻拌均匀后,将面糊全部倒入到蛋白中,翻拌均匀。
  • 6.28寸烤盘中放入油纸,将面糊倒入抹平,轻震模具,震出大气泡。
  • 7.平炉150度烘烤22-25分钟左右,我这次用的是美的S5,通过APP来设置分段烘烤时间,因为S5是热风烘烤,所以我将温度设置在第一段140度烘烤15分钟,第二段150度烘烤8分钟左右,如果你用的也是这款烤箱,可以直接去APP设置个DIY食谱保存下来,下次就可以不再设置,直接启动了。
  • 8.出炉后脱模,静置一会儿撕掉油纸。
  • 9.馅料材料打发,在蛋糕胚中间偏下位置抹出一座小山,利用擀面杖将蛋糕胚卷起,冷藏定型后再切件。
  • 10.切件后装饰。
