Steps to make 培根鸡蛋卷饼

  • 1.面粉放碗中,加入盐和胡椒粉,打入鸡蛋。
  • 2.加适量水,把面粉和鸡蛋搅成面糊。
  • 3.搅好的面糊中加入香葱末,拌匀。
  • 4.锅中加少许油,放入培根小火慢慢两面煎熟,备用。
  • 5.平底锅刷一层油,倒入面糊小火煎成两面黄。
  • 6.放入一茶匙老干妈辣酱,抹匀。
  • 7.煎饼上放入洗净的生菜叶。
  • 8.加上煎熟的培根。
  • 9.最后加上削了皮切成片的黄瓜。
  • 10.顺着边卷成卷,再小火煎一下。
  • 11.取出切成节,放盘中。
