Steps to make 脆生煎包

  • 1.面粉300G。
  • 2.3克发酵粉温水调散,加入到面粉中。
  • 3.调成面絮。
  • 4.反复揉成光滑的面团。
  • 5.盖上布面团发酵至2倍大。
  • 6.将发酵好的面团加适量干粉反复揉回原来大小。
  • 7..猪腿肉200G。入料理机中打碎。胡萝卜半根差成细细的丝。胡萝卜丝、小葱花、1个鸡蛋加到肉末中,调入盐、鸡粉、生抽、料酒、蚝油。
  • 8.往同一方向搅上2分钟。
  • 9.将揉好的面团分成小剂子。
  • 10.每小剂子擀成圆薄片。
  • 11.包入馅料。
  • 12.捏出折皱即可。
  • 13.平底锅烧热,下少油,互不相连的码上包子。转小火包子底部略煎后。
  • 14.加入100ml的清水。盖上盖子。中火煎2分钟转小火2分钟。
  • 15.开盖子,撒上白芝麻。盖上盖,小火2分钟。
  • 16.在开盖子,撒上葱花。盖上盖。小火2分钟。闻到香味,有噼啪的声音即可关火。焖3分钟就能开吃了。
