金枪鱼粢饭糕
粢饭糕是我们上海最为传统的一道点心,口感外脆里糯,一般都用大米和糯米一起制成的,这次用的“没想稻五常大米”,打开袋子就能闻到一股自然的大米香味,看到这粒粒饱满,晶莹剔透大米,让我坚信这大米可以制粢饭糕的,家里刚好有金枪鱼罐头,所以做了金枪鱼粢饭糕,做好之后迫不及待的送入口中尝试,不出所料的完美,好吃极了

Steps to make 金枪鱼粢饭糕

  • 1.大米淘洗干净
  • 2.放入电饭煲里煲成米饭
  • 3.把金枪鱼罐头里面的汁水倒去、准备白芝麻
  • 4.等米饭煲好取出倒入盘子内,加入白芝麻和盐拌匀
  • 5.再把金枪鱼肉倒入后拌匀
  • 6.放入长方形的模具内压实
  • 7.倒入盘中
  • 8.热锅倒油
  • 9.油温5分热把粢饭糕加入
  • 10.煎至两面微黄捞起
  • 11.然后再一次入锅进行复炸至两面金黄捞起控油即可
  • 12.趁热吃最佳
