核桃仁小酥饼
冬季吃坚果是很御寒的,而且营养丰富。核桃,抗氧化之王,降低胆固醇,美容嫩肤,利于胆结石的治疗,防治神经衰弱,消炎杀菌,保护心脏。核桃酥,是一款很经典的中式糕点,外面买的核桃酥都是在表面放上几个核桃粒做装饰,我们自己做的核桃酥是用核桃粉和面,真是又营养,又美味。
这几天用ACA TM33HT烤箱制作美食简直就是上瘾了,操作简单,上色均匀,做美食已经停不下来。

  • 低粉210g
  • 葵花籽油100g
  • 白糖100g
  • 泡打粉4g
  • 小苏打2g
  • 核桃粉60g
  • 鸡蛋1个

Steps to make 核桃仁小酥饼

  • 1.核桃仁60克用破壁机粉碎,其他食材称量好备用。
  • 2.葵花籽油、砂糖、核桃粉、还有三分之二的全蛋液混合。(余下的三分之一蛋液留下来刷桃酥的表面)
  • 3.将混合好的食材搅拌均匀,呈粘稠状。
  • 4.面粉、泡打粉、小苏打,筛入搅拌好的食材中。
  • 5.用刮刀拌成面团。
  • 6.称出每20-22克左右的酥饼坯。
  • 7.搓圆,松弛10分钟.
  • 8.松弛面团的时候,准备装饰用的核桃仁。(核桃仁一片掰成两半)
  • 9.烤箱插上电源,用烘烤档预热。
  • 10.烤盘放入油纸,放入酥饼坯并按扁,用余下来的蛋液,刷在饼坯的表面。
  • 11.再将核桃仁装饰在刷好蛋液的饼坯表面(这些核桃仁,是在60克以外的)
  • 12.预热完成,将烤盘放入烤箱中层。
  • 13.设置180°,25分钟。
  • 14.看看这美味酥脆的核桃仁小饼,色泽均匀,火候、时间恰到好处。
  • 15.酥的不行不行滴。
