意大利pizza做法非常简单,自己在家也能完成,此配方为两个小pizza的量,此次做的比较粗糙,下次有机会整个漂亮的,哈哈

  • 面粉250克
  • 橄榄油4匙
  • 温水130ml
  • 发酵粉7克
  • 6克
  • 火腿肉200克
  • 奶酪250克(mozzarella)
  • 意式火腿肠4条
  • 番茄酱6匙

Steps to make 意大利披萨

  • 1.全家福
  • 2.酵母在温水里搅拌融化
  • 3.将橄榄油,盐,和掺了酵母的温水混合揉成团,用保鲜膜封住发酵至少两个小时
  • 4.将发酵好的面团分成两个,继续包上保鲜膜醒半个小时
  • 5.将醒好的面团擀开,喜欢皮厚的朋友就擀厚点,我这个已经擀的非常薄了
  • 6.涂上薄薄的番茄酱
  • 7.加入mozzarella(好像中文叫芝士)
  • 8.再加上火腿肉
  • 9.成品图
  • 10.或加入火腿肠
  • 11.成品图(这个皮较厚)
