鸡胸肉炸酱
这是我老妈做炸酱的方法,非常好吃。

  • 干黄酱1袋
  • 甜面酱1袋

Steps to make 鸡胸肉炸酱

  • 1.鸡胸肉切小丁用蛋清、淀粉、盐腌一会,干黄酱和甜面酱加少量凉开水混合成糊糊状,把葱姜蒜切碎备用。
  • 2.热锅倒油放姜蒜末炒出香味。
  • 3.先把鸡肉丁炒至变色。
  • 4.鸡肉丁不用盛出,放锅的一边。倒入香菇丁煸炒一下和肉丁翻炒均匀。
  • 5.这时倒入酱料、番茄丁和适量水熬煮7分钟左右,期间要不停的翻炒以免糊锅,达到粘稠状后关火放葱花和适量鸡精就可以出锅了。
