葡式蛋挞---飞饼版
酥脆、奶香十足的蛋挞应该是大众都喜爱的甜点。夏季气温较高,制作千层酥皮有些困难,用飞饼制作蛋挞方便快捷,口感一样酥脆。

  • 1.准备所需材料。飞饼提前解冻。
  • 2.两张飞饼重叠在一起。
  • 3.撒干粉防粘,擀成长方形薄面片。
  • 4.从长边卷起,卷紧成为圆柱形面卷,收口捏紧。
  • 5.用利刀将面卷分成12等份。
  • 6.两个小面卷切口向上重合在一起。一共六个。
  • 7.蛋挞液材料在大碗中混合,搅拌均匀。
  • 8.用滤网将蛋挞液过滤。
  • 9.取一个面卷,擀成圆形。
  • 10.蛋挞模中撒入一层面粉防粘。
  • 11.将挞皮放入蛋挞模,从中间向四周推,挞皮比模具大一圈。
  • 12.做好所有,排在烤盘上。松弛15分钟。
  • 13.将蛋挞液加入蛋挞模内,七分满。送入预热220度的烤箱,中层烤20分钟,再移至上层烤3-5分钟上色。
