  • 木鱼花2g

Steps to make 章鱼小丸子

  • 1.准备食材 烧少许热水 水开关火 章鱼只要到里烫一下就好 章鱼就会自己卷起来 建议都选择章鱼足
  • 2.章鱼烧粉60g ,打入鸡蛋一个,水100g分两次放入 ,搅拌均匀至无颗粒,可以用细塞过滤一下颗粒;
  • 3.每个眼里倒入1/6的油,少许即可,然后倒入面糊,留少许空隙 ,撒入章鱼足,红萝卜丁 ,白菜细丝或是卷心菜细丝,小火两至三分钟,然后转一个方向,再倒入少许面糊,直至变成圆球状。
  • 4.翻转,直至变成圆球,然后在烤两分钟 ,喜欢脆的烤至金黄。
  • 5.第一次倒入一半面糊烤好了 翻转立起来,倒入剩下半个圆的1/2,然后继续翻转,倒入剩下的 直至填满
  • 6.挤入沙拉酱,章鱼烧酱,喜欢酸甜的可以挤入蕃茄沙司
