  • 1.红椒切段、蒜头切片、生姜切丝
  • 2.鱿鱼头切条
  • 3.青瓜切花片
  • 4.烧水,水开后关火将鱿头须倒入变色捞起备用
  • 5.热油锅,将姜丝蒜片爆香
  • 6.倒入鱿鱼须大火翻炒,洒料酒提香
  • 7.将红椒倒入翻炒食盐、生抽、蚝油调味
  • 8.红椒断生时倒入青瓜片拌至均匀即可
