网上相当流行的奶酪蛋糕,传说中能让人吃了尖叫的蛋糕,正逢牛牛的生日,终于可以尝试一次了,老爸说口感相当细腻,出炉以后要冷冻一晚上,小心切开,真的是入口即化的, 这款蛋糕的奶酪含量有点高,不过奶酪是个好东西,含钙量高,很适合老人家和小朋友哦!

Steps to make 牛牛生日快乐——舒芙蕾芝士蛋糕

  • 1.原材料:奶油芝士300g,黄油45g,蛋黄3个,蛋白3个,砂糖20g,玉米淀粉11g,牛奶150g,砂糖55g。
  • 2.奶油奶酪室温软化,用打蛋器搅打均匀,再分次加入融化的黄油,搅打均匀。
  • 3.蛋黄加20g砂糖搅打均匀。
  • 4.然后加入玉米淀粉搅拌均匀。
  • 5.加入煮沸的牛奶快速拌匀,将混合物的碗放在沸水中不停搅拌,直到成为粘稠的糊状,然后离开热水 。
  • 6.离开热水后将其倒入奶酪中,搅拌均匀,盖湿布备用。
  • 7.蛋白加砂糖打发至蛋白有光泽,呈现较大的低垂的尖就行。
  • 8.蛋白和奶酪糊分次搅拌均匀即可。
  • 9.模具内铺上油纸,然后将奶酪糊倒入模具内,烤箱175度烤15分钟,降温至165度烤25分钟,模具底部包上锡纸隔热水烤。
