  • 1.棒骨洗净用流水冲洗5分钟。

  • 4.盖盖小火炖两个小时。
  • 5.酸菜切成丝。
  • 6.炖好的棒骨盛出一部分骨头和汤留作他用。
  • 7.放入切好的酸菜,炒匀。
  • 8.盖盖小火炖20分钟,加盐调味出锅即可。
