  • 1.牛尾1根 骨髓5块
  • 2.将牛尾巴、骨髓洗净
  • 3.先用清水浸泡1小时捞出控水
  • 4.再将牛尾、牛骨髓、生姜、料酒一起下入清水锅中
  • 5.焯水,煮开后继续煮两三分钟
  • 6.将牛尾和牛骨髓捞起,放入煲锅中加入葱节生姜片加入清水,水量没过食材
  • 7.选择快炖功能时间是3小时
  • 8.这期间可以处理配料食材
  • 9.将山药切成菱形块,杏鲍菇、胡萝卜切片、粉条烫熟
  • 10.三小时后,另起砂锅将处理好的食材山药、菌类放入锅底
  • 11.加入牛骨汤
  • 12.从电煲里捞出适量的牛尾、骨髓(骨髓基本化了都)15分钟左右,这个时间主要看山药熟了就行
  • 13.放入葱花
  • 14.烫好的粉条
  • 15.加入适量的盐
  • 16.最后放入胡萝卜片滚上几个开
  • 17.关火放入适量胡椒粉
