沙茶牛肉片
这个“煮意”是从网上得来的,以前都想不到沙茶和牛肉的结合,而且是那么的和谐美味,笔者没有完全按照视频做,靠自己的想象和经验,做出了一道美味的菜。这道菜比较温和,老少咸宜,下饭佳品。牛、牛、牛,还是牛,自己不够牛就做牛菜,呵呵,今年是牛年,在新年期间把做牛肉的菜先放上来吧。

Details of ingredients

  • 牛肉约150克
  • 蛋白1/4只量
  • 大白菜约1/2棵
  • 蒜头2瓣
  • 生姜约2指节
  • 食盐1/3小勺
  • 沙茶酱1大勺
  • 蚝油1大勺
  • 生抽1+1/2大勺
  • 味啉1/2大勺
  • 胡椒粉1/3小勺
  • 生粉1/2大勺
  • 芝麻油1/2大勺
  • 清水1/2杯

Steps to make 沙茶牛肉片

  • 1.把蒜头和生姜切片,大白菜切段。
  • 2.起锅升大火,锅热加入蒜片和姜片,爆香。
  • 3.倒入大白菜,点入食盐1/3小勺,炒至断生。
  • 4.把菜夹入碟,锅里剩余的水倒去。
  • 5.先准备好碗汁,置一碗放沙茶酱1大勺、蚝油1大勺、生抽1+1/2大勺、味啉1/2大勺、胡椒粉1/3小勺、生粉1/2大勺、芝麻油1/2大勺、清水1/2杯,搅拌均匀。
  • 6.牛肉切片,加入蛋白约1/4只量,用手抓均匀,锅置炉上,中大火,锅热加底油,改中火倒入牛肉片,炒至六至七成熟。
  • 7.倒入碗汁,不断拌炒至起大泡,收火。
  • 8.把肉铺在装了菜的碟子上,均匀地淋上汁,OK。Enjoy !
