手绘蛋糕卷
蛋糕卷也要萌萌哒,香香甜甜的蛋糕卷,是孩子们都难以拒绝的点心,我的画工不太好将就将就吧!

  • 白砂糖30g
  • 色拉油50g
  • 50g
  • 蛋黄4个
  • 蛋清4个
  • 白砂糖60g
  • 柠檬汁6滴

Steps to make 手绘蛋糕卷

  • 1.准备好食材
  • 2.水+食拉油+白糖混合搅拌均匀
  • 3.加入过筛好的低筋面粉、粟粉,搅拌均匀
  • 4.加入蛋黄搅拌成面糊即可
  • 5.蛋清加入白糖、柠檬汁用电动打蛋器打至湿性发泡,提起打蛋头能拉出尖角即可
  • 6.将三分之一的蛋白霜与面糊混合,翻拌均匀
  • 7.把翻拌均匀的面糊加入剩余的蛋白霜中翻拌均匀即可
  • 8.用裱花袋装少许面糊,滴两滴红色食用色素,揉搓均匀
  • 9.在铺好油纸的烤盘里挤出猫爪形状,放入预热好的烤箱烘烤1分钟,表面干了就可以了
  • 10.把剩下的面糊倒入烤盘里,烤好的猫爪表面是干的,这样不会变形
  • 11.用刮刀把面糊摊开,抹平表面,放入烤箱烘烤(我用平盘,烤网放最后一层,如果是烤箱自带烤盘,放倒数第二层),上火150度,下火120度,烤30分钟
  • 12.烤好出炉后马上倒扣,把油纸撕掉,露出手绘猫爪层
  • 13.蛋糕自然冷却后,放在锡纸上,蛋糕面抹上打发的淡奶油
  • 14.将其卷起即可
