Steps to make 甜香瓜果酱

  • 1.甜香瓜洗净;
  • 2.将柠檬洗净、对切后榨汁,取50g,备用;
  • 3.将甜香瓜去皮、对切去瓤,切成小丁;将苹果洗净去皮去核,切成小丁,将甜香瓜丁、苹果丁,柠檬汁与冰糖放在玻璃盆内拌匀,用保鲜膜封好;放进冰箱10~12小时,每过3~4小时需取出来搅拌一次;
  • 4.将果酱瓶洗净,放入锅中,加水摸过瓶子,煮沸10分钟,关火后将瓶盖放入锅中,继续消毒10分钟;
  • 5.取出沥干水,倒扣果酱瓶,备用;
  • 6.自冰箱取出,倒入铜锅内以中小火加热并不时搅拌;
  • 7.煮沸后将涩汁去除;
  • 8.果酱变浓稠即关火;将果酱装进瓶内,盖紧瓶盖后趁热倒扣,倒扣30分钟后洗净瓶身,置于室温3~7天再放入冰箱中冷藏;
  • 9.成品果酱可以涂抹在饼干或吐司面包片上,美味尽在舌尖…..
