半糖酸奶蛋糕卷
酸奶蛋糕卷,亲们一听用酸奶做的,就说酸酸的。其实我想说,无油的酸奶蛋糕以及含油的酸奶蛋糕卷都不是酸的!它的味道是甜甜的,口感比戚风蛋糕及来得好吃,因为含有浓稠酸奶的缘故,造就了蛋糕卷拥有芝士蛋糕的细腻口感。我自己就很喜欢吃酸奶蛋糕,口感跟芝士蛋糕相当,但是比芝士蛋糕来得划算,加上芝士难买,酸奶可以随时做,所以吃起来也方便,给大家分享做法吧!
烘焙:ACA TM33HT电烤箱160度中层20分钟
新烤箱试用,做了两条卷卷,出来的效果都很满意,上色均匀,预热提示,温控精准,可以满足我的高要求啦~

  • 低筋粉70克
  • 细砂糖60克
  • 玉米油38克
  • 无糖浓酸奶100克
  • 鸡蛋4只
  • 淡奶油200克
  • 细砂糖20克

Steps to make 半糖酸奶蛋糕卷

  • 1.自制的无糖浓酸奶,玉米油同放入一个深盆里,搅打至两者完全融合。
  • 2.然后筛入低筋粉,拌均匀。
  • 3.接着加入4个蛋黄,拌均匀,这就是酸奶蛋黄糊,备用。
  • 4.4个蛋白分次加入细砂糖,打发至湿性发泡状态。
  • 5.将蛋白糊与蛋黄糊切拌混合
  • 6.模具刷上一层烤盘油,然后倒入蛋糕糊,震荡出大气泡。
  • 7.让入预热好的烤箱中下层,160度上下火,烘烤20分钟。
  • 8.待蛋糕体冷却至温温的状态时,倾斜切去收尾,抹上打发好的淡奶油。
