Steps to make 小笼包

  • 1.250g低筋面粉放入酵母.适量白砂糖调味,足量加入温水搅拌
  • 2.揉成团后加入一小勺猪油(加入猪油的目的是为了让包子蒸出来白一些)
  • 3.揉成光滑的团后,盖上湿布,醒至面团发至两倍大
  • 4.接下来准备馅料:猪肉,小葱,姜片
  • 5.把猪肉,小葱,姜片剁碎
  • 6.把三种材料混合在一起,加入料酒,盐,淀粉,食用油搅拌均匀
  • 7.把发至两倍大的面团反复揉搓成长条,分成等量的小挤子
  • 8.擀成边缘薄中间后的圆片
  • 9.包入肉馅
  • 10.把包子捏好封口
  • 11.把包好的包子再醒30分钟后放入蒸锅中蒸8分钟即可(水开后再放入包子蒸)
  • 12.完成
