金灿灿香喷喷的粢饭糕
据说上海的早餐界有四大金钢——大饼、油条、粢饭糕、豆浆。我小时候家里虽然经济情况不太好,倒也经常去买早点,不过大多买3分钱一根的油条,粢饭糕已算高级货,偶尔才能买一次。所以我爸会经常自制粢饭糕,将剩米饭用毛巾包住压实,油煎得金灿灿香喷喷,让家里的两个小吃货过过瘾。
  这几年小镇上已经不太见到粢饭糕的身影,可能是早点摊主都不是本地人经营,不清楚粢饭糕的魅力。
  前天做饭水加多了,饭太烂不爱吃,扔了舍不得,不如做成粢饭糕吧!

  • 食用油半锅

  • 1小勺
  • 黑胡椒粉1小勺

Steps to make 金灿灿香喷喷的粢饭糕

  • 1.米饭中加入盐、糖、黑胡椒粉打匀。
  • 2.方形容器垫保鲜膜,盛入适量米饭。
  • 3.盖好保鲜膜,用手压紧实,压平表面。
  • 4.压好的米饭厚度大约1.5~2厘米。
  • 5.用沾水的刀切成合适的方块,我切成两半的。
  • 6.油温加热到180℃左右,改中小火。
  • 7.下入米饭块,先不要动它,等定型后再推动或翻面。
  • 8.两面都煎到金黄出锅沥油。
  • 9.金灿灿香喷喷的粢饭糕来了。
